The disable/baby change toilet in Russell Gardens is recreating the design of a summer house which was situated there when the gardens were owed by Edward P Barlow.
The toilets are open from;
9.30 until 14.30 in the winter month but might be closed in adverse weather conditions. Alternative toilets are available by the cafe in Kearsney Abbey.
