The grand border was create and planted up as part of the HLF heritage lottery funding in Autumn 2020. This is an interpretation of one of the features of the original design by Thomas H Mawson (1861-1933), the renowned Edwardian landscape architect and exponent of the Arts and Crafts Movement.
