Description

Kearsney Abbey and Russell Gardens at sunset - a photographic exploration

Join photographer Mike Tedder for this evening stroll around Kearsney Abbey and Russell Gardens to take some photographs just ahead of sunset.

You'll need to bring your own camera or phone.

Please note that this workshop will focus on the creative aspects of photography, not the technical. Please wear sturdy walking shoes and dress appropriately for the weather!

The workshop is free to attend, but places are limited. If you'd like to come along, please email kearsney.parks@dover.gov.uk to book a place. All ages are welcome but children must be accompanied by an adult.

We'll be meeting in the car park in Kearsney Abbey (opposite Russell Gardens). While work is taking place to restore and improve the facilities at Kearsney Abbey and Russell Gardens, there is limited parking available on site. Please think about using public transport, cycling or walking to the parks. If you do drive, please think about the nearby residents. Please park considerately, and do not block emergency access routes. Thank you.

There are also photography workshops on Saturday 3rd August and Friday 11th October.
